Terrible service

The product was not delivered, it was marked as "failed delivery" in the system. I called customer service where I was promised to call back. Didn't call back. I called again the next day - this time I was told she didn't believe anyone called me. We negotiated delivery after 2 days. Even then, no one came. Called again - finally delivery the next day. The courier is unkind. I will never choose express mail orders again. At least iExpress are nice couriers and kind, they also have no problem finding rural property.
