There’s NO customer service

Called on three different phones. Tried three different numbers listed from the website directly. Was on hold on the automated answering system about an average of 45 minutes on all three. Took over ten days to send me a packet, plus an additional two weeks to process, during which time I could not work. Tried calling customer service twice and received no answer despite leaving voicemails. Overall very inconvenient and time wasting.
