Never deliver on the day the delivery is scheduled

This is the forth time in a row my delivery has not been deliver on the day it was scheduled. Either the driver calls making excuses and asking you to reschedule or they just dont turn up at all. Wasted the whole day waiting for them today. Avoid them guys. Massive disappointment.
