These people call at least four times a week they always want to set up an appointment to do just about anything. I always raise the maintenance fees every year plus they get Special assessments all the time. I hate them I enjoy my timeshares but they never leave you alone. I would rather sleep on the beach than in this nasty room. And to top it off this was the showcase property for the presentation. Stay Away from this company! We complained and they refused to do anything about it. No refunds
