So during the last 2 years I have had to contact the bee customer center quite often, we have also had to monitor the work of the customer center. A change in attitude towards the client. At first, the employees claimed completely different facts, but now everything is distorted. The longer I am a bee customer, the more often I control my travel habits. Even without using bee communication services, you will receive an "informative" message that you will be "punished": d with an additional fee if you do not return to Australia in the near future. Is it a "gestapo" I feel very limited as a customer. Already when concluding the contract 2 years ago, I mentioned that I was going to use the connection "only" abroad! But now I have to pay for several ğim. Liet. Phones extra over the blank.. At the very least, fair information should be provided to your customers. I am also amazed by the info. Shamelessness of the staff of the center, to indicate to the client that he is silent, or to indicate that he lacks understanding.. Not hardly competent.. Because I receive poor service, but the said company receives payment for it every month without delay... So serv. Darb.
