Can’t get my NEW BOAT To RUN ? Need Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received my New Boat FT011 on 07/15/2019? Followed Instructions to the tee! Charged Battery for 4 hours and it still doesn’t run? New Batteries in the Hand Held? Pretty good experience
