Wrong item + customer service
Shipped the wrong item in the correct package. The order had already been paid for and the product had been received at the parcel terminal. In long correspondence and telephone calls we agreed that the right product will be sent. Who will not happen.. I asked what to do with the product that was sent to me incorrectly - I received an answer that it can be brought to their office at some point. A week later I receive a call from 220 for the same product, but this time I am asked to deliver the product to their office or send it by post from the beginning. So nicer, I am offered to bring the wrong item to their office and then the real one will be mailed instead of exchanged on the spot. It turns out that 220 not only beat me up without checking the product sent to me, but also makes me do the logistics myself and the customer service representative makes fun of me. The first two things would still be digestible, but bullying is unforgivable.
