Poor service
There is a lot of messy service here, and various insults to customers are often heard. The people working here are around the age of 18-20, which means that they are mostly students who have not yet learned to take their work seriously and do so with full sense of responsibility. However, I have noticed that Tom Barista and Nick do their job according to its requirements and are very friendly and understanding towards customers.
