Spicy Chapole mayo

i had boughten two jars of this ‘ Sunpic’ 450ml gluten free/no msg chipotle mayo dipping sauce and spread and thy both separated AFTER OPENING THEM AND REFRIGRATED for week n half only AFTER A COUPLE TIMES USE THE OIL SPERATED AND WHEN REMIXED IT DID NOT MIX TOGHTER and they did not taste the same only... Moldy pasta
