Terrible work organization
It is not possible to call, to get specific information about your shipment, no. The shipment that arrived from lt on 14. 01 has already been delivered to Australia on 15. 01. But the shipment from pl who 13. 01. Entered Australia still standing sorting. Not a large amount of shipments, but a complete bardak in the work organization! The call center staff also just speaks out and can't say anything meaningful. We used the services, unfortunately, when sending a shipment abroad, then we used the service - return the shipment to the sender and then the 2-month shipment started to travel all over Europe, we finally got damaged and it seems that complaints received.
