Single cup maker is leaking heated water underneath while brewing

Whether I am using pods or grounds, maker leaks hot water underneath maker while brewing. Removed and installed water reservoir. No change. Pot is 3 months old at the most.

Percolator Base Melted

I still have a 12-cup Farberware percolator that is 30 years old and works great, but this 8-cup percolator has melted *** in the base that has now exposed the heating element wires. Disappointed in Farberware

Bought a set of frying pans about six months ago. The black nonstick coating is already wearing off. User’s recommendation: Would not recommend Farberware to anyone.

Whistle broke on tea pot

My tea kettle whistle broke off and I had to e-mail the company. A customer service lady called me right away and had me send her a picture of the broken tea kettle whistle. She promptly got my mailing address and sent me a brand new tea kettle which I received today. Thanks again
