Complaints & Reviews — Family Heritage Life Insurance Company

On September 24th 2019 and October 10th 2019, Family Heritage charged my savings account for $32.00 (in total $64.00), after i had canceled my plan and got a confirmation letter saying it was successfully canceled. I canceled my plan on September 7 2019. I should not have been charged either times after the cancelation. How do i... Read more➤

Stealing, poor service

I got it on November 3rd that I removed my cell phone, which was repaired due to a couple of defects. Immediately after that, I had found that my internal phone memory, including all my notes, no matter how many accumulated, or less, number of notes - text messages and phone numbers - had been deleted, altogether. From the beginning to the girl - the service worker, the first time I went, probably probably NOT WARNING me about such a possibility, because otherwise I would not leave the phone for repairs under any circumstances at the moment, in response, respectively. Probably intentional, lying, too. Even if she said to me about deleting, then, maybe that's inaccurate - that nothing will be deleted, I still, then, as if probably asking clearly if I want not to delete., Then vs, or,really, will i want it? / In addition, another employee (on a change to an existing one) warned some customers that all information would be deleted during the repair of her phone, but without formally offering it, for a more expensive fee when, as it were, there was a possibility to repair the phone without deleting the existing information. in the field. / This is a big offense with IRRESPONDENTLY NEGLIGIOUS and, let's say, MISCELLANEOUS action against the customer, and, as I already know, me here, reading that, not the first, voiced in the rubrics with any substantiated complaints against this repair company, service. / And why I had to receive text messages in Mexicon, that myself, as I mentioned, had been promised to me, at least by the employee during the phone repair time, that these formal shortcomings would be eliminated, but not, as they continue unnecessarily. And the customer is unable to understand whether to come to the service after, as ifrepaired goods, or not, thinking what that text message there, to, really, mean? And, moreover, sent to me by mistake - that 40 cents more to pay before. Later, I was told about another amount, which was the real thing, and again at the Mexicon writing. / There was such a "trifle" that I lost, accidentally, a leaflet or a coupon for a while and being able to get that property, told me to come with a passport to the repair shop. Because, by calling the MTTC consultative toll-free telephone, he was told that he could come to the service address where the property to be repaired was transferred with a passport. (After repairing, I found a receipt at home that could serve as evidence of the employee's failure. It was written when the phone was handed over and, say, the employee's signature on the side to blame). Later, when I got there, I was told that no, thatonly refers to the service of the main branch in another, or 2. at its address here - in Quebec. And I had to spend a lot of time and time to go home to Jugla - 3 after the phone warranty card, because the service said right there that in order to get, at least, service information about my phone, to remove it. Is it NORMAL to be there for them then work!? On their phone premium rate call to MTTC, I spend time and money, as well as, for them, driving back and forth. And I was in the branch right there, before me, already on the spot, a woman complained on the spot about being treated worse for herself, in connection with the property to be repaired. So, ALSO THERE, already, probably, neither the first nor the last case in connection with the dissatisfaction expressed by customers, complaints against them - employees, also on the website - Sudzibas.ca, written Someone, what, maybe, indeed, can, be able to do this for the good, so that it does not recur, respectively, the guilty person, or others who, if they are still there, appear and do not do so, did not act as they should, or not? Is it that, if any of the relevant officials of the institutions read about this, then it all goes as "along the ears" or "through the flowers", without paying particular attention to it, without paying much attention to how should I? I'd like you to know what and how about this.
