Can’t find how to get refunded

I accidently submitted my order twice. It was spinning like it was just thinking. So I backed out and placed the order again. I got charged twice and received both orders. Now I want to return the duplicate order. Can’t get anywhere with Fairyseason website. Its frustrating!!

Low quality clothes

I spent 104.68 on clothes from this company and the material is so thin its see through and a cheap silk material! I emailed customer service to try and return every for a full refund with on response! User’s recommendation: Dont but from this company.

Poor quality , seller will NOT respond to my emails and cannot find a way to call them

I purchased clothing from this company , I need to return items and THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS WITH DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN FOR REFUND , TERRIBLE COMPANY , WARNING THIS COMPANY IS JUST ANOTHER CHINA COMPANY THAT SELL CRAP AND ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONIES THEY ARE LONG GONE AND WILL NOT RESPOND!!!
