Not pay out my sold money

I sold my item 4/26/2021 and was delivered 4/29/2021 Payment scheduled 5/5/2021 To my Bank but until 5/12/2021 . I do report to Facebook support they said will message back in 48 hours . I placed order for bangles at market place from Gaman. I paid by debit card . The item never came and sent back to the seller two times with wrong address. The address I gave was absolutely correct.
