Termination
It is not possible to terminate a contract with VIASAT! They have adopted their own internal rules that the customer can apply for termination of the contract only by phone, on working days and during time. Absurd! It is clear that no one is picking up the handset for this connection. When contacting other VIASAT operators, they say that this issue cannot be resolved, it is recommended to wait longer (it was called several times, waited more than 5 minutes. ) As well as promise to apply for a call back, but of course no one calls back! The only solution is to complain to the Consumer Protection Office.
