NEVER RECEIVED MY BIRTH CERTIFCATE

I HAD ORDER MINE ON LINE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED IT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Very poor customer service. No reply certificate failed to arrive six weeks and still nothing. Tried emailing. No response. told certificate posted put on 19th February. Still.nothing. User’s recommendation: Would not recommend think this is fraud.
