Fraud

This company is starting to scoff at its customers. QUESTION whether we did not pay for the electricity supply. Or wiring to the house when it was built? And what will compensate me for all the problems when this so-called electricity supply whose guaranteed supply will be interrupted somewhere? Again, will there be any sayings about birds on wires and that nothing can be done? Or when a cord breaks and there is no electricity for a couple of days? How much do I pay for a connection?
