Waiting queue for 2 hours
I come to ScandiBank to withdraw cash. Service very slow, queuing for 2 hours and at the moment there is no hope of withdrawing money. Service speed is 2 customers per hour. As far as I can understand in the meantime, other customers who do not withdraw money but simply create accounts have also acquired it. Waiting for long-term employees does not have the opportunity and desire. I recommend that management focus more on the quality of customer service.
