I had no difficulty unfreezing my account with Transunion and Equifax. Experian was a nightmare. The had bad information for my security questions – I have no idea where they got it. I know there was a security breach several months ago, and perhaps they are still suffering from it. User’s recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
