Damaged coat
I do not recommend Clean Control to anyone! Before writing a complaint, I tried to call the office several times, but no one is picking up the phone. It is a pity that I did not read the reviews before bringing them my favorite coat. Attached is a picture with what I get back. It now looks like the back. Before accepting the coat, an employee of the Sunshine Coast branch checked the buttons with some liquid to make sure that they would not change color during cleaning. I said there are no specific stains, I just want to refresh the coat. When I came back I saw a white back instead of a waist and where I was wearing a backpack where everything was fine before cleaning. Offered to clean, but of course nothing was fixed, then I wrote a complaint, which board member Dmitry Zaitsev considered unfounded, because the cleaning process was not violated by them and carried out in accordance with the care instructions. I received the answer that these white stains are not discoloration either, but abrasion defects of the top layer of fabric, which could be written during the operation of the coat and became noticeable after the CURRENT cleaning times. The coat was cleaned for the first time! If the buttons were checked during acceptance, why don't the staff evaluate everything else before cleaning themselves? If it is suspected that the product will be damaged during cleaning, it is better not to clean it at all. I would be happy to get back the uncleaned coat instead of what I get.. was the cleaning process really not broken or are the buttons most important for cleaning? I asked for the defects to be rectified and, if that is not possible, for compensation to be paid for the purchase of the new coat, of course neither the first nor the second was fulfilled. No one even apologized.
