Terrible attitude towards customers!

I ordered a chest of drawers. Promised to bring on January 2, 2020. Today, February 6, no one informs when the product will be delivered. But after lunch called DSV logistics company and says that in an hour the chest of drawers will be with us. If, they brought a chest of drawers, and left on the street! When I called home4you, they told me - sorry. Everything! Terrible attitude towards customers!
