Product is not working correctly.

My projector is displaying an uneven image on a level area. I called the number given and its not working. I have a 2 year warranty. However Ive had the projector less then a year.

I just got my movie projector it stays on for a couple minutes and shuts itself off

Took it out of the box ready instructions and tried to get it going I got my password in for my Wi-Fi and it also didn’t cut off if I unplug it going to cool down I’ll get back in still gets the same result nothing 219-613-**** phone number please return my call

Projector loses picture for about 10seconds and then comes back on with format border around screen, it happens ever 30minutes if watching TV continues

My Excelvan projector loses picture and blanks out for 10seconds until it reconfigures a format, ( I have Directv, so why is this happening? how can I get it to stop?
