Call them to pull up the tv and net to the new apartment. What do they answerthat they cannot provide the service in that house. Please - what should I do now? What they answer is - you break the contract and pay the penalty... But I don't want to break the contract, I want to transfer the service. They are the ones who can't do it, not me. Why do I have to pay a penalty? They are not interested in anything. They are not the company that seeks compromises and tries to work with people.
