Bad battery

Bought a new ever start battery from Walmart mid May. Truck will not start had it checked by Auto zone. Bad battery. Walmart said cant exchange none in stock because they have had so many returned and automotive is closed. Please can you help me.

EverStart jump starter w/120 PSI compressor JUS750CE

My compressor start making a funny noise and then it just stops working. I have the protection plan I bought from Walmart and I filed a claim, and they told me to call ever start because it was still under warranty. I still have the receipt and the date I bought it.
