Absolutely incompetent management company, with insane internal bardak. Some facts: - Until recently, the money used for savings was used arbitrarily, without any coordination with the apartment owners, the reports have to be thrown out. - Non-coordinated additional work is invoiced on a regular basis - When the explanation for additional work is clarified, the amounts no longer match the amounts invoiced - The answer to the question of who has ordered such works cannot be changed over time (reproaches from one apartment to another). Despite the fact that parents are assigned to the house, the terms "home activists" are used in the communication, which are completely different people than the parents of the house. - Officially written applications are ignored until the customer support phone is called once a week and threatens with the CRPC - When the estimates of the work to be performed are finally submitted, they are without details, without clear job descriptions - Regular errors - do not switch off the heating in spring, incorrectly reads the readings of home gas meters, as a result of which inadequate amounts appear in the bills (heating hot water for one month is 2x more expensive than in other months) - Arriving at meetings is unprepared, unable to answer citizens' questions, they tend not to write anything down at meetings and then refer to the fact that "this issue has been raised at the meeting", although there is no minutes of the meeting. I believe the number of complaints would be 10x higher here, unless customers were lazy to come in here and write their complaints.
