High penalty

I admit my negligence to an extent, but 35 dollars fine just because i went in less than 5 minutes to buy cigs in City Mall Third street is just outrageous. Lb7599 car number. I'm a foreigner and I didn't notice the warning signs (language and also i was in a rush). Its just too expensive to be honest.
