Does not deliver the product

I selected the product in the Jutamebele online store, I was sent a bill of lading (04. 09. 2020) for payment, I paid the same day. Promise after 2 weeks to deliver. Now more than 2 months have passed (07. 11. 2020) and there are no products. One promise and justification, but the product is not like that.
