Order canceled at the last minute, refund within 5 days

Worst case experience. We ordered the washing machine on May 30, the original delivery date was moved several times, until today (18.06.2020) it was announced that the order has been canceled altogether and we will receive the money within 5 days! It is not enough that we disrupt the whole repair schedule, as well as we can not re-order bathroom furniture, the money is not returned immediately! The worst possible customer service! I do not recommend to anyone. You just won't know if you'll receive your product.
