Poor service

I ordered two items 5. 12 and 7. 12. Today is 11. 12 and the packages are still not delivered. There is no more information about the package that was sent out at 7. 12 than it was delivered to the courier on Monday morning. Calling them so one answer, delivery was delayed. Well, don't use FedExs. iExpress 2 days time, in the same week, delivered the goods. Nightmare.
