Want to return head ear buds

This is the worst product i have ever purchased I wash dishes part-time these won’t even stay on my neck they constantly rotate around my neck pulling the earbud out of my ear sound quality is poor I need a return authorization to return this product….thank you Dominic torre User’s recommendation: Purchase other brand.
