I was faced with a very unpleasant situation at the Domina Clean Control shopping center. I went to give away for cleaning my dress, which is 2 colors dark blue with white. The employee immediately gave me a page stating that he did not take responsibility for the white streaks of the dress. I signed the page and hoped that nothing like that would happen. The employee was very unkind, spoke Australian badly, stressed 5 times that I would be guilty if I got caught. the second employee got involved, who looked at the dress to be cleaned only in dry cleaning, wanted to object to the first, but the first said she (I) had already signed everything, guilty herself. When I received the dress, I am glad that no staining took place, when I came home I realized that it did not happen just because the dress was not cleaned at all. I am very disappointed and will definitely not use the services of this dry cleaner anymore. for the first time I meet such rude employees. (I work in the customer service industry myself and I also have situations when I have to be warned that something can happen to their things, but I usually try to reassure that we will try our best not to make it happen - this Clean Control action is unacceptable!)
