Uncoordinated Tree Removal

Hello! After cleaning the high voltage route, all felled trees have been removed. Didn't it have to be agreed with the owner? I had planned to use them for firewood. (There was no forest, the pines did not exceed 15 cm in diameter). I am informed that the complaint is too short to be considered. What to add here? I can tell you some outdoor weather today, or that there were apples and pears growing on the side of the line that no longer exist.
