Absolute chaos at the reception!
I was the last time Mc elite was in firms for 5 years and I remember the process of signing up for a doctor / communication with the receptionist as a complete nightmare - call the receptionist (tel. 67797155) to sign up with a family doctor is an impossible mission - you can call several days from the morning, day, evening - the phone is always busy, there is no waiting system, just busy and everything. Then, when you are unable to sign in by phone, mc arrives in person, it remains clear why so - there are 2-3 employees at the reception in the whole UpTowns district, who both serve the live queue and answer phone calls. It's an endless stream of frustrated people and constant incoming phone calls, and then the receptionists have to choose - if the live queue is served,telephone calls are not answered; and vice versa — when answering a phone call, the queue begins to growl from frustration. The receptionists serve in a true Soviet style, bordering on rudeness, but they can understand somewhere - every day from morning to evening in such stressful conditions - no wonder if after a few years of working in such a mode they all end in nervous breakdown. The weirdest thing is that it happens in a medical (!) Institution, the management of which cannot be unaware of it!The weirdest thing is that it happens in a medical (!) Described is my experience with this institution 5 years ago, today I tried to sign up again and wonder if anything has changed?! That's right - nothing has changed at all! The same forever busy phone, the same monstrous receptionists! Looks like mc elite management doesn't (and doesn't want to) enter the 21st century service area, they don't care about the (in) comfort of their customers and the health of their employees! I am considering applying to the Ministry of Health for an application for the suitability of vc elite management for the position to be held, as this abnormal situation lasts for years!. In turn, I recommend the following to patients - if you can not call the reception, call the administration and ask how you can sign up with the specialist you are interested in. I did so today and was connected to the employee who took the record. Call the administration - 67421645, call the director Sandra Buzajeva - 67421645 - to make an appointment with a doctor, if you do not know how to organize the reception; and definitely call the customer service manager Natalija Mijsija - 67427712, whose direct responsibilities include the provision of customer service. If you don't start digging this incompetence of the incompetence of ants, nothing will change for another 5 years! Have a nice day!
