Not issued refund

Hi, On 18/3/21 i made a booking totalling amount £221.52 for 2 x flights to Faro. This flight was cancelled on 7/4/21 and i requested a refund through Ryanair. They took refund money from airline which I never got back

I cancelled a flight 10 minutes after I booked. The cancellation process took me to the airline website and once that was done a refund to the credit card that esky used to pay for flight was refunded to them. A service that charges and I still don’t have any emails for the tickets I purchased. It has been charged to my credit card so they have my money. Tried to call the number listed and it says its not a working number!

I want to know why you charge a cross border transaction fee?

I am annoyed as I have been charged a cross border transaction fee for a local flight. Please explain on basis and what right do you charge me this fee?
