After receiving the invoice for payment of debts on 05. 11. 2020 (amount of debts) that the date of payment was written 11/06/2020 Rekins no. 202071994018. Nevertheless, the electricity supply was switched off on 22. 11. 2020. After my call service, I was told that within 2 days after paying the amount of the current bill, the supply will be restored. At the moment, as a result of disconnection on 22. 11. 2020, the whole home heating system is cold and my 1st year old child is freezing. Due to this, please connect the power supply as a matter of urgency, as the outdoor temperature will be lower at night and how such a child will tolerate a drop in temperature during the night cannot be predicted.
