Hello! I was very eager to submit a claim for health insurance AGAIN while driving! 1. Very unkind service 2. I had to fill in the fields that didn't have to be filled in before then 3. I brought the document that was enough to get a reward. I had learned (both from my family doctor and the BALVA employee I contacted by e-mail) that I could get the document from them. He is treated without going to Ludza, where med. Checks. And now I am told in a rather contemptuous tone - "What is it like? I need it from Ludza Doctor, not from here. Doctor!" I believe it is the beating and humiliation of people when one says one from the beginning and then something else! The question arises - Does it make sense to take out insurance at all if you don't want to pay anything for it yet!
