Equifax emails with very poor French

Received many times the same email from Equifax with a very poor French translation. I replied 2 times to this email asking them to be more careful and correct their problem. So far, I never had a reply. User’s recommendation: If they want to do business in Québec, act accordingly to present quality emails.

Equifax keeps sending emails in very poor French. I replied 2 times to their emails and asked them to be more careful but they never replied. User’s recommendation: Hire someone who can communicate in French whith proffessionalism.

No response to my email

I sent them 2 emails to complain about their poor french translation in one of their communication to me. They never responded !!! User’s recommendation: Never deal with them if you can.
