After changing ink cartridge, the printer will work for a little while, then go into alarm- don’t recognize cartridges’. After removing & installing ink a few times, still have error. Change the ink for a new one, it works. Then later you get the same alarm for a different color. However the ink cartridge is basically full....

The printer was lying at authorised service center with Mr. Faizal Usmani, for appx.4 months and then head was changed, ink for rs 3600 was purchased, not a single copy could be printed, head was removed and now printer is useless.. Is it Epson..
I had to pay several hundred dollars to have my scanner taken apart and cleaned when I could probably have done it myself if there was any tech support to help. I will in the future choose a brand which provides more tech support. A longtime Epson customer
On 3/12/21, I purchased An Epson 288 DURABrite Ultra Original Ink Cartridge – Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow pack from Walmart for $40.97. I REPLACED ALL CARTRIDGES on my Epson XP434 as directed and printed, but received “DOESNT RECOGNIZE CARTRIDGE”! AND after only 2 days of printing several more color pages, I received a “BLACK INK IS LOW”!!...
