Your customer care is not responsible at all they are not updating my warranty. I have requested them from last one week User’s recommendation: Never buy this very poor customer service never give response.

Epson Sucks

Epson printers are better used as anchor. They are worthless and any money spent on one is a waste. I’ve returned a printer twice within 6 months. Only to get a refurbished printer that also doesn’t. Brand new epson printer wont work properly.

the Red and Yellow cartridges do not print properly. it leave lines when printing red in photos or type.
