I strongly recommend that you do not use Telstra services in your personal experience, you will not get rid of them... If you have any problems with canceling the payment then calling Telstra info will first promise you when everything can be done / negotiated, defer payment, etc. but when the time comes to disconnect the calls and want to find out the reason, the operator will know nothing and in the end will tell you when you are to blame {but in fact you have already talked everything with another operator} will not be interested in your problems... Of course the bill will be over 20 AU$! I am a student and 20 dollars is money... So it is better to use another service, at least buy Zelta Zivtina...
