I do not recommend anyone to buy electronics at this store. After finding out that the device does not work after a couple of uses, after several calls to 110.shop we managed to find out the service contacts. The master came to us at home, wrote a technical report, which we sent to the store several times. We received general answers, but no specific action. We continued to write e-mails, call the support phone, until a month later it turned out that the conclusion was not written correctly and 110.shop could not help me on that basis. When I reminded that 110.shop, as a seller, should provide the service and its correct operation, I received the answer that it is not their service and they do not contact the service directly.
