Makes several mistakes during one order
I do not recommend anyone to shop Elis! Total nerve damage! I went there because there was a larger choice of linoleum. I walked around the store, chose linoleum. I asked if 5m would be enough in that roll, the answer was no. Well, I reconciled, we went to look for another. I don't know why, but we asked another seller if this linoleum would be enough - he went to the warehouse to look and still TIPA found... Well, we also chose the ceiling, slats and agreed on the delivery. On the day of delivery, some TUPS foreign arrives and says to quickly sign the bills of lading, STAMPING (Individual!) so that he can drive. Tried to impress that no delivery has to wait until everything is brought in and checked. Of course we objected because we wanted to check everything. Of course, something was wrong - the adhesive ceiling is torn, the ceiling moldings are dirty... The driver aggressively says that then we return everything and he drives. Than, we drew up a bill of lading with objections, because everything had already been paid for. Of course, in order to get the exchanged goods, we had to call ourselves and not always connect with the same person! Everyone has to tell everything anew, because there is no one to blame for anything! Okay, we got an exchange. Brings. Finally, the slats were also packed normally - after all, they cannot be cleaned! It turned out that only a week after delivery we opened the packaging of the slats - and again Elis stands out with her wisdom - one slat is different. Call the store again, there I promise to definitely change... Of course, no one calls back. Obviously, to achieve something, you have to waste your time and go in person! I give the sales manager the product code so that he can give the right product, he tells me to see if it is the right one - is it really possible to put two products somewhere under one code?? Unfortunately, there was a need to buy two more because it was not enough. There, of course, do not do without events. Some kind of rude baby permits I still have to ask, is it really necessary to write a bill of lading for such a small amount!?!?!?! Understand, the poor have to work! And besides, for the second time at checkout, you need to sign - is there really not at least one normal person in the whole store who would know that PPR signs when receiving the product, not when deAbbyng it!
