Bad staff

I am registered in the Salon Line system as a hairdresser. Of course, I also use the discounts I gave for body care and nail care. I went to the 2nd floor after the nail primer. Anyway, not to put my nails on me every day, but I used to practice before I go to courses. Disrespect and humiliation had to be endured. The attitude was contemptuous and no one gave it to me. So I went to the administration for a complaint book, which turns out not to be there, unfortunately the administrator had to listen to everything I have to say. In the end I went back and said I needed to. I asked without acid when I went to the checkout I read that with acid. Specially or as?
