Irresponsible treatment of a client

The situation is as follows: Family (Wife, two children (3 years and 11 months, husband) traveled from London) (Gatwick) to Australia The husband was paid extra for a choice of a place closer to his family 3 hours before the flight and was told that he was standing by, as a result of which the wife was stressed and could no longer breastfeed.
