Rude behavior, service
Today I went to the store 220 on Lacplesha Street 29 with the aim to buy a washing machine. Previously, I had looked at a specific company and 3 models on the website, as well as written the main parameters on the leaflet in case I could be offered something else on the site, but with similar parameters. The salesman came and I told him that I had looked at the models on the Internet and I wanted to continue to say that certain parameters were important to me. But the seller doesn't listen anymore and just talks: you buy from us or on the Internet, it's not like the internet here, it doesn't happen here at all and in a very polite way you have to leave the premises of this store. I'm still asking again, am I going to buy at all, and will I buy from them, etc. Walking away, I wished success in business, because the person did not even realize that he had rejected a real buyer who would still have used a master recommended by the store to add a washing machine. Well, nothing - after 30 minutes I bought a washing machine at another store where there are really cool, helpful guys!
