Extend Subscriber

I am a long-time customer of Keiizarmez, but it doesn't matter anymore... An important human factor... no speech at all... from 24-31dec. water aerobics did not take place, only January 7 responds... My subscriber expires on 26. dec. can be extended only until January 8... where is the logic? how to undergo residual water aerobics times? Of course, a good strategy, buy a new subscriber and add the remaining times... But thank you, lesson already! Be careful, count all the times open, because not always they count the remaining times! Kaa also customer cards are mixed with users... There is no word on how low the level of shim club is! Fui!
