Product is not delivered on time

Items are ordered, it is confirmed that it will be delivered on 19.06.2020. Feeling that something is wrong with the call I am interested in, claiming that if the courier really has not picked up the product, promises to call back, do not call back. The call for the second time says if the problems will be 22.06, now the viewing has already begun 26.06. Thorough fraud does not recommend this online store.
