Low quality service
Hello! It is a pity that I did not read all the previous complaints, I would never have gone to the salon Fleur. But now... I'll start with the fact that the hairdresser did not speak english, coloring my hair in one tone was considered a very difficult task, which caused me a lot of excitement. I was talked about in the third person by a girl who was probably studying while watching. The hairdresser looked as if angry that I had come there, I didn't say anything, because I thought it would still damage my hair. On top of me, they cleaned the cape, which is put on so that the clothes are not dirty, did not offer water, tea, coffee, as well as magazines while waiting. Nothing was said about the mask included in the coupon. My only client in the hairdressing salon was me. Also, in the end, I used a lot of color for my hair, which I now have to pay 15 AU$ to my shoulders,as well as the original length I had up to half my back. My hair was immediately cut off and worked short - what could I have done well before the visit and would it be less? In general, would not recommend to anyone - buy a coupon and treat zero. One positive aspect - the end result is very beautiful and I am satisfied : )
