Very poor service
There is nothing more to the Internet! When calling a service, nothing meaningful can be said. The master has been, but even he said that for this city everything is not so well developed to provide customers with what Oceancom offers! I had called and said that I would terminate the contract and not pay any fines, because there is nothing to pay for, because, as I said, there is no internet almost every other day. To which I answered "we already meet you and give a 20% discount for half a year" to which I replied - how are you not ashamed to tell me that you meet me if I pay you, I am a customer, which does not delay payments and I would like to receive in return what you advertised and offer me. The terms of the agreement also change according to Oceancom's wishes. Payment remains more expensive than at the beginning of the contract. Also, TV channels suddenly remain in English and cannot be switched to.
