Your phone system sucks and so does your customer service. NEVER buy Electrolux again. They make it impossible put in a service call. User’s recommendation: DON’T BUY ANY PRODUCTS.
10 inch diameter rust spot on back of refrigerator where ice maker is located shorted out main control panel. Could have started a fire. Have never been responded to by Electrolux. User’s recommendation: Never purchase an Electrolux product or service.
